Reviews of Sheraton Grand Incheon Hotel, Club Parkview Double Bedroom, the only Sheraton brand by Marriott in South Korea: part 1

Notice : This review was written in June 2021. There may be changes at this time.

First, Walkerhill Sheraton disappeared, Palace Sheraton closed, and now Sheraton D Cube, which was in charge of the western part of Seoul, is being sold.
If the last remaining Sheraton in Incheon disappears, the domestic Sheraton series will be wiped out. Please, we are living in the era of COVID-19 these days.

After acquiring the Marriott Bonvoy Platinum this year, I've been traveling here and there, and the first place I went to after acquiring the flat was the Sheraton Songdo. I had the experience of staying at SPG twice, and it was my first visit in about 10 years, so I was really looking forward to it.
Above all, it was my first stay with the Platinum tier, so I had high expectations.

I booked the most basic room with points, but thankfully they upgraded me to a park view club room. It was confirmed in the morning of the same day.

Reservation room: City view twin room (free reservation with points)
Level at the time of stay: Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Tier
Welcome points: Apply for wine and cheese instead of points
Room Upgrade: Club Park View Twin Room
Late check out: 4PM

I arrived around 2pm and checked in right away.
Club rooms are originally available for lounge check-in, but they told me to just do it on the 1st floor. It seems that it is not operating normally.

We go up to the room after signing and checking the heat check and all information related to COVID-19.
The swimming pool is used once (per night) during the stay and can be used only at the times I designate. The gym is unavailable, but existing registered members seem to be able to use it. Guests are not allowed. Looking at it roughly, it seemed that the crew members of foreign airlines were using it. (There were many foreigners)

My room was on the 21st floor, room 2106. When I went to this room a while ago, they gave me another experience, so I had the experience of using the same room twice.

When you open the door and enter, you will see two large double beds.

This is a comfortable bed size for 4 people including children. Do you feel like adults can do it?

There is a work table, so it's good to see work. The color of the sofa and the feeling of the overall brown color preserves the feeling of brown, the color of Sheraton.

Basically, tea and tea are set, and 2 waters are free. It's nice that you bring enough if you ask for it.
I didn't take a picture of the refrigerator, but it was empty. Actually, this is better. It's easy to put anything in.

It is a bathroom. It was well separated in a very spacious space, so it was easy to use.

The toilet and shower room are separate and independent, so there is no inconvenience even if several people use it at the same time.

The bathtub is deep and very good.

The faucet is also spacious and has all the necessary amenities.

It is a toilet. There is no bidet, and one regret is that there is no place to put a cell phone, which is inconvenient.

And the water pressure in the shower room is so strong that it is a very impressive shower room. It is the water pressure that beat the Pyeongchang Intercon, which I love with the best water pressure.

Another advantage of this place is that they give you a shower ball. I like that I don't have to take it with me. Emanity seems to be of its own. This is a brand I don't know. le grand... It's written there, but I'm not sure.
I have never felt so luxurious.

Since you've seen the room roughly, this is the highlight of this place.

This is the long-awaited Central park view.

Just looking at this scenery makes me so happy.
Now that things are roughly organized, I go up to the club lounge on the 22nd floor.

From 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., it is operated with a card key without a resident.

From 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, light snacks and small mini cakes are provided, and soft drinks are freely available.

Unfortunately, children are not allowed to enter. However, around April when I visited, it was available during the day. After May 5th, it is said that it has changed again inevitably. ㅠ.ㅠ

During the daytime, there are simple canned drinks, sliced cakes, and simple snacks like this.

It can't be helped that it feels a bit disappointing. I wish there were at least macarons or simple fruits.

You can have simple coffee from the coffee machine, and there are take-out cups, so everyone pulls out a few cups and goes out.

Icecube is also prepared, so you can make it into iced coffee.

I think the most popular seat in the lounge is this window seat.

Songdo Central Park view seen from the lounge through a window with a clear Sheraton logo. It's really crowded.

When I came back to the room, the welcome setting was fruits, wine I chose instead of points, and a cheese plate.

Next time I'll just get 1,000 points. (In fact, I received 1,000 points on my second visit) The reason is that the cheese was the same at Happy Hour. I will hardly ever eat it.

This is the welcome setting set when I visited on another day (early June 21). Fruit is much better. This one contained Anne's medicine. It's a mini pharmacy, so I didn't eat much.

Now it's time for the long-awaited Happy Hour, and we head down to the second floor.
If there are few people, it is operated in the club lounge on the 22nd floor, but if the occupancy rate is high, it will be held on the 2nd floor for 2 hours.

There are Bene and Miyabi on the second floor, and I recently stayed for two nights, so I used both. I'll show you a mix of the two.

Elementary school children were not allowed to enter, so I took all of them to To-go. ㅠㅠ

First is Ben. It used to be an Italian restaurant, but now it's closed because it's a kosi country, and it's just being used as an event zone like this.

It's a bit like a wedding reception. I'm very sorry.

Let's start by looking at the food.

Liquor Corner. They are lined with cheap kids.

If it's American whiskey, I'd rather have a Jack Daniel's than Jim Beam. The price difference isn't that great either...

Hot food. There was more chicken karaage (boneless chicken) in the picture.

Other cheese, bread, gimbap, salad, etc. are herpes.

To-Go can be put in a lunch box once and provided for the number of people.
For drinks, you can bring 2 cans or 2 bottles of beer, so I chose 2 bottles of Terra.

I took out the cake in my room and ate it with my child.

When I put it in, I was greedy, so I ended up leaving most of it because I was full. ㅠ.ㅠ

Still, it's really good to eat while looking at the view out the window like this.

From now on, it is the club lounge evening cocktail at Miyabi on the 2nd floor.

For those who want to contribute, beer and lunchboxes are distributed outside like this.

It's a Japanese restaurant, so the atmosphere is a bit Japanese. Still, I think this place is a little better than Bene, which feels like a reception hall.

Take a look at the food corners.

In addition to this, there is a separate station where you can drink draft beer.

Overall, it consists of similar menus every day.

This is a Happy Hour submission the other day, but the menu on this day was so different. Most of the hot food is only filled with poultry (chicken and duck), so the real menu overlaps so much. Except for the grilled salmon, there was only chicken, so I brought a little bit. I ate it with two cup noodles.

The content is too long, so it will be continued in part 2.
